David E. Wallace, Chief Executive Officer of Lowell Five Bank, is pleased to announce that Cassandra Johnson-Lally, is the recipient of the Bank’s August 2022 Make it Matter – Employee Excellence Award. This monthly award recognizes one employee who inspires others to excel in their commitment to Lowell Five customers and employees.
A Banking Advisor in the Bank’s Client Service Center, Cassandra receives her award for expediently identifying fraudulent activity and putting protections in place to protect the customer. She joined the Client Service Center in 2016 after three years in Retail Banking.
Cassandra is a graduate of the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine and currently lives in Pepperell, MA.
