Community banking & Corporate giving
Having been part of the community for over 165 years, we are honored to be known as a “Community Bank”. We understand the needs of our region and tailor our banking products to provide individuals, families, businesses, non-profits, and municipalities the deposit and loan services they need.
2020 was a challenging year for many. Through it all, Lowell Five remained committed to supporting our customers and the community.
This past year, Lowell Five donated over 6% of net income in donations and sponsorships. We not only met our 2020 commitments but in many cases, exceeded them by discovering meaningful ways to assist our non-profit and municipal partners so that they could continue to provide their much-needed services to the community.
Lowell Five takes great pride in the long-standing partnerships it shares with local municipalities. Our strong relationships have grown over the years and developed into partnerships that extend far beyond banking. This has allowed us to give back to the communities we serve in the form of sponsorships and investments in civic and charitable organizations and events.
PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) Loans
In 2020, Lowell Five was proud to provide a complete and rapid response to customers in need of PPP loans. Our experienced team processed every loan requested, leaving no customer unassisted.
Small business loans, deposit relationships, and our small business toolkit are just some of the ways that Lowell Five fosters local business and job growth in our region. If you own or are thinking about opening a business, Lowell Five can provide the financing to help you succeed.
In addition, Lowell Five is committed to hiring a local workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We also support local businesses in our purchasing practices, including minority and women-owned firms.
