Lobby Guidelines

Dear Valued Customers:

We are pleased to announce that all of our branch lobbies are now open on a limited basis.  Branch hours and services will be restricted.  Please take a look at our Lobby Reopening Guidelines.   

Branch Services

Lobby and Drive-Up Teller Window Hours as of July 13, 2020.
All of our branch lobbies and drive-up teller windows are open:
      Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
      Saturday 9:00 am to noon

Client Service Center
Our Client Service Center is available to assist you Monday – Friday 9 am – 4 pm and Saturday 9 am – 12:30 pm, at 978.452.1300.

After Hours Support
Our After Hours Card Care Call Center is fully operational and will continue to act as a resource to address fraud concerns, activate and deactivate cards, at 978.452.1300.  The call wait time for the Card Care Center may be longer than usual due to COVID-19 challenges.
