Lobby Reopening Guidelines

We are pleased to announce that our branch lobbies are now open with limited services and restrictions. We want to stress that the health and safety of our customers and staff remain our top priority and we are opening in a safe and thoughtful manner in accordance with regulatory requirements.  As guidelines change, we will update procedures.

  • Lobby and Drive-Up Teller Window Hours as of July 13, 2020
    All of our branch lobbies and drive-up teller windows be open:
                 Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
                 Saturday 9:00 am to noon
     
  • Do I need to make an Appointment?
    Following mandatory state safety standards, the number of customers we can allow in our lobbies is limited. To maintain this desired number,
    we have designated certain Banking Services as being available by walk-in or appointment only.
    Please review the lists below to determine whether you can walk-in or need to make an appointment to transact your business.

Walk-in service is available for:
• Check cashing
• Deposits or withdrawals
• Wire transfers
• Treasurer’s checks or money orders
• Loan payments
• Obtaining new/replacement debit cards

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Lowell Five Greeter and guided through our new processes.

Appointment only services are available for:
• Digital Banking assistance
• CD renewals
• Opening deposit accounts
• IRA account transactions
• Notary services
• Signature Guarantees
• Applying for a mortgage, home equity or consumer loan
• Safe deposit box access
• Changing account signers/owners
• Financial planning
• Cash management services

  • Health and Safety
    • If you have a fever or other symptoms, please stay home and utilize our Online and Mobile Banking services.
    • All customers and employees are required to wear a face mask. If you do not have one, we will provide you with a disposable mask.
    • You may be asked to remove your mask briefly for identification purposes.
    • If you have a medical issue that prevents you from wearing a face covering, or if you don’t feel comfortable wearing one, please use our Drive-Up Teller,
    Online or Mobile Banking services, or call your branch for assistance.
    • Please use the hand sanitizer provided in the lobbies to sanitize your hands.
  • Social Distancing
    • Floor stickers are in place to indicate physical separation and traffic flow. Please abide by the signage, floor arrows, and other directional cues.
    • Glass shields have been installed at all teller windows and are in use in the offices.
    • Based on state requirements, we are limited to the number of customers we can allow in each branch. For most branches, this means 2 – 5 people.
    You may be asked to wait outside (6 ft. apart) until a spot is available.
