COVID-19 Update

March 15, 2021                                        Paycheck Protection Program Update

WITH YOU, THAT’S US

Taking care of our customers and employees continues to be our top priority. We are closely monitoring and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the local Massachusetts government agencies. We have a comprehensive plan in place to help promote everyone’s health and safety while providing continued financial service and support to our customers.   We will continue to examine the situation and will post all important updates to our website homepage.

HOURS OF OPERATION

As of March 15, 2021, all of our branch lobbies are open for walk-in assistance.

  •  Following safety requirements, we are limiting the number of customers allowed into our lobbies at one time. The duration of each customer visit will also be limited to 15 minutes.  For the time being, all other branches will remain Drive-up only.  Please check our Locations page for specific branch hours of operation.
  • We strongly encourage customers who require assistance with anything other than a teller transaction to make an appointment using our online Schedule Assistant or by calling our Customer Service Center at 978.452.1300.
