Lowell Five Bank Announces Officer Promotions

Jay Stephens, Chief Executive Officer and President, on behalf of the Lowell Five Bank Board of Directors, is pleased to announce the following officer promotions in recognition of outstanding dedication and contributions to the Bank.

William Guilfoil of Leominster, MA, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Residential and Consumer Lending. Since joining Lowell Five Bank in November 2022 as Vice President of Residential and Consumer Lending, Mr. Guilfoil has proven to be a trusted advisor to customers and internal departments. With over 25 years of experience in the Residential Lending Market, he recently earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell.

Kaitlin Swett, of Lowell, MA, has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Swett, who joined Lowell Five in 2017 as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Training, has focused on building a talented and committed team through her recruiting efforts. Holding a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College, Ms. Swett is also a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) member. She holds HR certifications from SHRM-CP and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Kristina Vangos of Lowell, MA, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Residential Lending. With over twenty years of experience, Ms. Vangos is a dedicated and valuable member of Lowell Five’s Residential Mortgage Team, providing knowledge and support to customers and ensuring smooth and stress-free transactions. A graduate of Middlesex Community College, she volunteers for The Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership in her spare time.

Rosel Maldonado of Dracut, MA, has been promoted to Digital Banking Officer, adding to her current title of Senior Digital Banking Specialist. Her expertise in digital banking products and services is crucial as Lowell Five navigates the expanding digital banking landscape. Ms. Maldonado, a University of Massachusetts – Lowell graduate, holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Psychology and English.

Kathryn Sennet of Nashua, NH, has been promoted to IT Officer. Ms. Sennet joined Lowell Five Bank in 2000 as a teller and quickly transitioned to IT. She currently serves as IT Supervisor and is integral in supporting the Bank’s IT systems. Ms. Sennet holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell.
