We’ve been made aware of spoofed phone calls targeting Lowell Five Bank customers.

Please remember: Lowell Five Bank employees will never call and ask for your full debit card number, online banking password, one-time passcode, or other sensitive authentication information.

If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact Lowell Five Bank directly using this number 978.452.1300 or the number on the back of your debit card.
