The Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) combines the convenience of self-service banking with the personalized support of a live Lowell Five Banker. Customers can complete everyday transactions while connecting with a real banker on-screen whenever they need assistance—bringing a more personal banking experience right to Salem, NH.
With the touch of a screen, customers can connect with a live Lowell Five Banker to:
