Some projects are about more than financing—they're about preserving a community. When the historic Sanctuary Cultural Arts Center in Maynard became available, Kevin Baker and Shannon Phypers turned to Lowell Five Bank to help make their vision a reality. Working with Chris Wilcox, our team moved quickly to help secure the landmark property and preserve an important piece of Maynard's history. We're proud to have been part of their journey.
