Beginning October 20, 2025 Lowell Five Bank customers will have access to ‘next-level’ Digital Banking tools and enhancements. We are updating our online and mobile banking services to provide you with one seamless, consistent digital banking experience across all your devices – mobile phone/tablet/PC. This upgrade will make it even easier for you to enjoy banking outside the box right from the device in your pocket.

- Financial Tools – Track spending, aggregate accounts, and manage your finances with new budgeting and planning tools.
- External Accounts – Add and view your external accounts, including credit cards, for a consolidated, all-in-one account view.
- Account Visibility — See all accounts in which you have an ownership role.
- Customizable Dashboards with Intuitive Navigation – Personalize your view and quickly access the tools you use most.
- eStatements in the Lowell Five Bank App – Opt in and view your eStatements directly in the app.
- Running Balance in Mobile – Easily view your running account balance in the Lowell Five Bank app.

- Card Swap – Automatically update your Lowell Five Bank debit and/or credit card details for subscriptions and recurring transactions (personal cards only).
- ClickSWITCH – Easily move direct deposits (payroll, government) and automatic payments from another bank to your Lowell Five Bank account.

- Integration with QuickBooks and Quicken – Seamlessly connects accounts for bookkeeping.
- New Positive Pay Platform – Self-manage check exceptions, enhanced security layers, and streamlined account reconciliation.
- Improved Cash Management Platform – Access wire transfers, ACH, and positive pay directly in the app.
- Running Balance in Mobile – Easily view your running account balance in the app.

What can you do to get ready?
We’re making this transition quick and easy. There are two things you can to do to help us ensure a seamless transition.
Please make sure your contact information is up to date in your Online Banking profile— it’s required for the new multi-factor security layer. To review and update your email address and telephone number by completing one of the following:
- Online: Log in, go to My Profile (top-right menu)

Extended Customer Service Hours – Starting October 20, 2025
To ensure all customers are successfully up and running, our team will offer extended customer service hours Monday through Saturday for two weeks beginning October 20, 2025. For specific hours and updates, please visit lowellfive.com or call 978.452.1300.

Yes. The first time you log in to the new upgraded system, you will use your existing password. The system will then prompt you to create a new password and complete the process using multi-factor authentication.
Yes. New multi-factor authentication will replace security questions, providing a much-improved experience.
No. Re-registration is not required if you are an existing online banking customer.
Personal Banking Customers: Accounts will be organized differently, and all accounts in which you have an ownership role will be visible.
Business Banking Customers: Accounts may be organized differently than your current view.
The new system allows you to hide accounts.
Yes. Your bill payment information will carry over to the new system. However, please note that the bill payment interface will have a new look and feel.
Yes. You can now control your debit card on desktop as well as mobile.
