Please know that your bills will include information concerning your deposit and/or loan accounts with The Lowell Five and may include required disclosures. Examples include the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, the Truth-In-Savings Act, the Truth-In-Lending Act, Privacy Notices, and/or similar consumer disclosure laws. You agree to the receipt of these consumer disclosures in electronic format described herein.
You will be notified by email each time that a new bill becomes available for your review. It is your responsibility to access the bill and maintain a valid, active e-mail address. You can gain access to your account bills through our internet banking application at www.lowellfive.com. The Lowell Five's website includes links to the sites from which you can download all the required software.
You will need to use a browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari (MACs). You will also need to run Adobe Acrobat Reader. In all cases, it is important that you use the most recent release of your computer’s browser software. If you would like to create a paper copy of your eStatement(s), you will need access to a printer. Statement files may also be imported onto your computer's hard drive.
By submitting this request, you authorize The Lowell Five to discontinue sending bills via postal mail service and begin sending your bill information electronically. You understand that the bill information received from The Lowell Five will be encrypted and password protected for your security.
