COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers:

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has issued a Stay-at-Home Advisory and requests Non-Essential Businesses to close until advised otherwise.  Banking and Financial Services are identified as Essential, and Lowell Five will remain open to provide our Massachusetts and New Hampshire customers with your banking needs.

Branch Services
For the safety of our Employees and Customers, we will continue to provide retail branch operations through Drive-up Only. Click Here for a list of branch locations and hours. We ask that you refrain from requesting Notary services through this time. Safe-deposit box access will be through appointment only and will be limited.

Customer Service Center
Our Customer Service Center is available to assist you Monday – Friday 9 am – 4 pm and Saturday 9 am – 12:30 pm, at 978.452.1300.

After Hours Support
Our After Hours Card Care Call Center is fully operational and will continue to act as a resource to address fraud concerns, activate and deactivate cards, at 978.452.1300.  The call wait time for the Card Care Center may be longer than usual due to COVID-19 challenges.
