David Wallace Promoted to President Bob Caruso, chairman and CEO is pleased to announce that David Wallace has been promoted to president of The Lowell Five. As president, David will be responsible for the daily operations of The Bank. Bob Caruso has served as president for the past 16 years and will remain in his position as chairman and CEO.
Holiday Hours All Lowell Five Banking Center Locations will be closed on Monday, February 15th in observance of Presidents' Day.
