eStatement and eBill Enrollment

Receiving your bank account statements and loan statements electronically is not only earth-friendly, it’s also the best way to protect your personal information from fraud. Most identity theft occurs through the mail or improperly discarded paper documents containing sensitive information.

With electronic statements, each month you’ll receive an email notifying you that your statement is ready.  Simply log in to Online Banking to view it.  Account statements, loan statements, and tax forms are securely stored and can be accessed through your online banking account for up to 36 months.

Steps to enroll in eStatement and eBill:
  1. Sign in to your online banking.
  2. Click the”Statements” button, review the disclosure, and click “I Agree.”
  3. Confirm Delivery Elections for all accounts.
  4. Click “Enroll.”
  5. Click “Submit.”

Managing your statement delivery options, electronic or printed, is also quick and easy!  You have the freedom to choose a preferred delivery method for each account statement and loan bill.

Steps to manage your statement delivery options:
  1. Sign in to your online banking.
  2. Click “Statements” from the Accounts Overview Menu. Your current delivery options for each account will display.
  3. Select “Edit User Settings” – then “User Settings.”
  4. Choose “Electronic” or “Paper.”
  5. Click “Submit.”
